Seven Nozzles, One Print Head – Liqtra launches new LIQTRA FX-7 Pro 3D printer: Technical specifications and pricing

The LIQTRA FX-7 Pro, equipped with patent-pending multi-nozzle technology, uses up to seven nozzles in a single print head simultaneously, with each nozzle controlled separately. According to the company, compared to a single or dual nozzle 3D printer, it enhances productivity by up to 300 percent and part strength by up to 37 percent while retaining the same level of geometric detail.

How does this new launch serve the customers?

LIQTRA multi-nozzle technology uses parallel extrusion throughout the printing process by choosing the optimal active nozzles and extrusion rates for each printing step. The 300 percent productivity increase is especially crucial for meeting ad-hoc printing demands that require medium to large-size parts to be produced in a short period.

Apart from medical aids, the benefits of multi-nozzle 3D printing technology include customized manufacturing aids, jigs and fixtures, and small series production. The LIQTRA FX-7 Pro can process PP and PA (both fiber-reinforced). Liqtra is expanding its selection of processable materials to make its technology available for a broader range of applications.
