The SLA 750 and SLA 750 Dual 3D printers

Featuring a build volume measuring 750 x 750 x 550 mm, the SLA 750 range is 15% larger than 3D Systems’ previous models. The systems are also equipped with self-calibrating dual-rail recoaters to improve process reliability and part quality.
Additionally, the company has integrated what it calls Hyper-Scan vector technology, a proprietary scanning algorithm that optimizes parameters such as laser focus, power, and vector motor kinematics.
在软件方面，SLA 750系统将包括3D Sprint, an all-in-one software program for print preparation and optimization. They’ll also utilize the new cloud-based, AI-powered Oqton Manufacturing OS to enable users to schedule production processes, as well as connect to other machines for full traceability on the shop floor.

To complement the SLA 750 systems, 3D Systems has also expanded its materials range with the new Accura AMX Durable Natural resin. Combining impact resistance, tear strength, and high elongation at break, the material is designed to withstand repeated high mechanical loads and shocks.
The company has already tested the material in accordance with ASTM D4329 and ASTM G194 for indoor mechanical performance for up to eight years and outdoor weathering stability for up to 1.5 years. The resin is also isotropic and offers similar stress/strain toughness characteristics to standard thermoplastics.
精确AMX耐用自然is well suited to the printing of large and complex mandrel tooling cores for cooling ducts, pipes, and manifolds.
PostCure 1050 post-processing station
Finally, the new PostCure 1050 is an industrial post-processing system capable of drying and curing large batches of resin parts at high speeds. The station features a processing volume of 1050mm x 750mm x 600mm.
Designed to deliver cure times 5x faster than competing post-processing systems, the PostCure 1050 boasts long-life LED light sources, consistent 360° light uniformity, automatic detection and alert of light failures, and a one-step light output calibration routine. Users are also able to modify the UV intensity and adjust the heat of the actively cooled LEDs.
PostCure 1050 is compatible with all of 3D Systems’ resin 3D printers and materials.
