根据该公司的说法,M-FLEX 3D打印系统带来了新的3D打印机功能,它提供的量是目前可用的其他打印机的七倍以上。这将大大提高生产速度和效率。

中型M-FLEX主要是为男人而设计的ufacturing metal parts for industrial use such as mining, automotive and energy. Additional materials, such as tungsten, glass and ceramic, are also in development for processing on the M-FLEX. The M-Flex 3D Printing System production capabilities are housed in a build chamber of 40cm x 25cm x 25 m and can manufacture one layer in 30 seconds. This brings significant improvement to the prior one and half minutes layer production speed.

M-FLEX可用于创建原型或短卷多个和/或自定义零件。完整的系统配备了打印机,回收设备,印刷材料,炉子和全面的培训计划。

“We’ve made tremendous strides in 3D printing in the last decade and what our machines can do today is simply remarkable. We are printing engine castings for helicopters and replacing broken pumps in oil fields in days – not months,” said Dave Burns, President of ExOne. “The M-FLEX continues our leadership in developing the 3D printing technology that has made additive manufacturing the most compelling advanced technology used in industry today.”

Visit ExOne at IMTS in the emerging technology center just outside the entrance to the North Hall (booth N-6144) to see how the M-FLEX works in real-life.
