PolyJet 3D printing with Stratasys
The extensive PolyJet series is Stratasys’ proprietary range of high-speed material jet 3D printers. Looking at the J5 line, we have theJ55, which is aimed at professional designers and engineers. The system looks to produce in-house ‘enterprise-quality’ prototypes at a third of the price of industrial-grade competitors. Also included in the J5 line is theJ5 DentaJet, which was developed specifically for dental applications.
On the other hand, Stratasys’ flagship J8 range comprises the full-color J850 Prime 3D printer, the mid-level J850 Pro, the entry-level J826, and more. With a maximum model size of 255 x 252 x 200mm, the J826 is the smallest and most accessible machine in the series.
The J5 MediJet
